Implementation Script Type Cooperative Learning Model To Increase Basic Knowledge Mechanical Engineering (PDTM) Activities And Learning Results in 10th Grade in SMK Swasta Melati Perbaungan

This research aims to determine activity and student learning outcomes enhancement on competence standard of Basic Engineering Mechanism (PDTM) by implementing Cooperative learning model Script to 10th grade 35 students SMK Swasta Melati Perbaungan . The object of this research is Implementation Script Type Cooperative Learning Model while the subject is student. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles and four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection.
The research result showed that activity and learning outcomes of students after Implementation Script Type Cooperative Learning Model increased than using conventional learning. Where the average results early test before implementation is 55.42 and the percentage of classical mastery is only 5.71%. In the first cycle by Implementation Script Type Cooperative Learning Model obtained the average class by 68.71 and the percentage of classical graduation by 54.28% and the observation of student activeness by 59.09%. This indicated an increasing class average result and classical completeness of students. In the second cycle, by Implementation Script Type Cooperative Learning Model, class average result increase to 76.57 and classical completeness to 85.72% and all the observation of student activity increasing from 59.09% to 75%. Thus the research results has proven the truth of the hypothesis, that Implementation Script Type Cooperative Learning Model can Increase Basic Knowledge Mechanical Engineering (PDTM) Activities and Learning Outcomes in 10th grade SMK Swasta Melati Perbaungan.
